LOGO FILES
If you are uploading a church logo, please upload the logo file with one of the following extensions. A file extension is the letters after the . in the file name.
(1) .ai (Adobe Illustrator)
(2) .eps (Encapsulated PostScript)
(3) .pdf (Adobe Portable Document Format)
(4) .svg (Scalable Vector Graphics)
If you do not have a file with one of these extensions, upload what you have, and we will work with it! No worries. If you have a logo package from your logo designer, please send us the package via a zipped file (.ZIP). If you do not have a logo, we will design a Text Logo for you.
MAP
A customized map is included with your design if the resource has space. There is a field in the online order form to include the most well–known streets.
KJV
We use the KJV in all our resources.
REORDERING WITH NO CHANGES
Always login before placing your order. We do not have a reorder button, so if you are ordering the same resource (tract), add the same tract to the cart that you ordered previously and check out. You do not need to enter any church information. You will receive a proof in 3-7 business days (usually in 3 days or less).

You will receive a proof in 3-7 business days (usually in 3 days or less).
PROOFS
We will send you an email with the proof. The proof could land in your spam or junk folders. After you receive your proof, please check all the church information carefully before responding.
CHANGES ARE NOT A PROBLEM
If you need changes, reply to the email with the modifications. If you are 100% satisfied, respond with an "OK to Print."
