How to Re-Order Your Gospel Tracts and Church Printing

Already ordered from Local Church Resources? This page shows you the fastest way to re-order the same tract, card, or other printed piece—whether you want it exactly the same or with updated information.

1. Re-Ordering With No Changes

If you want everything to stay the same (church info, photos, colors, wording):

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Find the same resource (tract, card, etc.) you ordered before.
  3. Add it to your cart.
  4. On the order form, you can skip the church info fields — we’ll use the details from your last order.
  5. Complete checkout.

You’ll receive a proof by email within 3–7 business days (often in 3-4 days). Review it to make sure nothing has changed.


2. Re-Ordering With Changes

If you want to update service times, pastor’s name, logo, map, or other details:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Find the same tract or product you used before.
  3. Add it to your cart.
  4. On the order form:
    • Fill in only the fields that have changed (service times, address, phone, etc.).
    • Upload any new graphics (new logo, new photo, etc.).
  5. Complete checkout.

You don’t need to re-type all of your church information — just the parts that are different. We’ll combine your previous design with the new details.

You’ll receive a fresh proof by email within 3–7 business days to confirm the changes.


3. Proofs & Approvals

  • We’ll email your proof to the address on your account.
  • Sometimes proofs land in Spam/Junk folders, so please check there if you don’t see it.
  • Carefully check:
    • Spelling of church name and pastor’s name
    • Address, city, state, zip
    • Service times and days
    • Phone, website, and email
  • If you need any changes, simply reply to the proof email with the corrections.
  • If everything looks good, reply with “OK to Print” and we’ll move your job into production.

Changes are never a problem.


Re-Order FAQ

Q1. How do I re-order a tract with no changes?

Log in, add the same tract you used before to your cart, skip the church info fields, and check out. We’ll use your previous design and send you a new proof.

Q2. How do I re-order with updated information?

Log in, add the same product, and fill in only the fields that changed (for example, service times or pastor’s name). Upload any new logo or photo. We’ll update the design and send a new proof.

Q3. Do I have to re-enter all my church information every time?

No. For re-orders, you only need to enter changes. We keep your previous information on file.

Q4. How long does it take to get a proof?

Most proofs are sent within 3–7 business days (often in about 3–4). Check your email, including your Spam/Junk folder.

Q5. What file types should I use for my logo?

Best: .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg. If you don’t have those, upload your best JPG or PNG and we’ll work with it. If you have a full logo package, you can send it as a .zip file.

Q6. What if I don’t have a logo?

We can create a simple text logo that matches your tract design.

Q7. Will you include a map to our church?

If the layout has room, we’re glad to include a map. There’s a field on the order form where you can list the main streets.

Q8. What Bible version do you use?

We use the King James Version (KJV) in all our resources.

Q9. What should I do if I see a mistake on the proof?

Reply to the proof email with the corrections. We’ll fix it and send an updated proof. When everything looks right, reply “OK to Print.”
