How to Order from Local Church Resources (First-Time)

Ordering your first outreach piece can feel like a big project, but we’ve broken it into simple steps and it only takes a few minutes.

1. Choose Your Resource

  • Start by choosing the type of resource you need:
    • Gospel tract
    • Invitation card
    • Door hanger
    • Postcard
    • Booklet, etc.
  • On each product page you’ll see sample designs and details about size, paper, and pricing.

2. Enter Your Church Information

On the order form, fill in:

  • Church name and address
  • City, state, and zip
  • Phone, website, and email (if you want them printed)
  • Service times and days
  • Any special wording you would like us to include

You don’t have to write out design details yourself — we’ll design the information to fit the layout.

3. Upload Your Logo and Artwork

  • If you have a logo, upload that file.
  • Best file types: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg (but you can upload JPG or PNG if that’s what you have).
  • You can also upload any photos you’d like us to consider for the design.

No logo? We’ll create a clean text logo for you that matches your design.

4. Maps (If the Layout Has Room)

If the design has space for a map:

  • Use the “map” field to list the most important streets near your church.
  • We’ll build a simple, easy-to-read map that fits the style of your tract or card.

5. Bible Version

All Scripture in our resources are the King James Version (KJV).

6. Add to Cart and Check Out

  • Choose your quantity.
  • Click Add to Cart.
  • When you’re ready, go to your cart and complete the normal checkout steps:
    • Shipping address
    • Billing address
    • Payment information

You’ll receive an email confirmation that we have your order.

7. Proofs and Changes

  • Within 3–7 business days we’ll email you a digital proof.
  • Check:
    • Church name and address
    • Service times
    • Contact information
    • Spelling on street names, etc.
  • If anything needs to be corrected, reply to the proof email with the changes.
  • If everything looks good, reply “OK to Print.”

We never mind changes.

8. Printing and Delivery

Once you send “OK to Print”:

  • Your job moves into the print schedule.
  • Shipping time depends on your location. We use UPS.
