LOGO FILES

If you are uploading a church logo, please upload the logo file with one of the following extensions. A file extension is the letters after the . in the file name.

(1) .ai (Adobe Illustrator)

(2) .eps (Encapsulated PostScript)

(3) .pdf (Adobe Portable Document Format)

(4) .svg (Scalable Vector Graphics)

If you do not have a file with one of these extensions, upload what you have, and we will work with it! No worries. If you have a logo package from your logo designer, please send us the package via a zipped file (.ZIP). If you do not have a logo, we will design a Text Logo for you.

MAP

A customized map is included with your design if the resource has space. There is a field in the online order form to include the most well–known streets.

PROOFS

We will send you an email with the proof. The proof could land in your spam or junk folders. After you receive your proof, please check all the church information carefully before responding.

CHANGES ARE NOT A PROBLEM

If you need changes, reply to the email with the modifications.

If you are 100% satisfied, respond with an "OK to Print."

KEY ORDERING DATES FOR 2024

Be mindful of these ordering dates for Customized Resources in 2024

• Spring/Easter/Resurrection Sunday resources need to be ordered by January 31 to be received by March 1
• Summer/Youth resources need to be ordered by April 4 to be received by May 3
• Patriotic resources need to be ordered by May 1 to be received by May 31
• Christmas resources need to be ordered by October 16 to be received by November 15
